DONG Zhanxun is an associate professor, doctoral supervisor, and the head of the Design Department of the School of Design, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He received his Ph.D degree in digital art and design from Zhejiang University in 2009. He won the second prize of National Teaching Achievement Award in 2022. His students won some design competitions' awards like iF talent award, "internet+",Mobile Application Innovation Contest, Lite-On Innovation Award.He is a key researcher of the Research Team of Innovation Design and Development Strategy Consulting Project of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and also a member of the Committee of the Industrial Design Branch of Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society. His research interests include: Applied Ergonomics, Interaction design for XR.
