    李东瀛于2004年毕业于上海交通大学信息工程专业，获学士学位，并于2006年及2011年分别于加拿大麦克马斯特大学与多伦多大学获硕士及博士学位，2010年至2014年于新加坡高性能计算研究所任科研员。2014年加入上海交通大学电子信息与电气工程学院，目前为副教授博导，主要研究方向为雷达探测、定位与建图，以及新型微波材料研究。获上海市浦江人才计划A类支持，目前担任IET Microwave Antennas and Propagation编委。
