Faheng Zang is currently a tenure-track associate professor at the Department of Micro-/Nano-Electronics. He received B.S. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2008 and 2011, respectively. He received his Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Maryland, College Park in 2016.
Faheng Zang worked as a postdoc researcher at Princeton University and a Principal Engineer at Goertek Electronics USA from 2016 to 2021. Prof. Zang joined SJTU as a faculty member in September 2021. His current research interests are nanophotonics, biosensors, micro-/nano-devices and system integration.
