细胞自噬、细胞器、脂代谢。
利用现代分子生物学、细胞生物学方法,寻找作用于自噬体形成过程的新基因,进一步揭示自噬体形成的分子机理,理清上游信号转导网络对细胞自噬的调节作用,研究细胞自噬在疾病发生过程中的作用,探索通过干预细胞自噬减缓或治愈疾病的可行性。
