Donghan Feng has been with the faculty of Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU), Shanghai, China, since 2008, where he currently is a Professor. He also serves as the Deputy Director of the State Energy Smart Grid Research and Development Center. He received the B.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees from the Department of Electrical Engineering, Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China, in 2003 and 2008, respectively. He was a Graduate Research Assistant with Graduate School at Shenzhen, Tsinghua University, Shenzhen, China, from 2005 to 2006; a Visiting Scholar with the University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong, China, from 2006 to 2007; a Hans Christened Ørsted Postdoctor with the Technical University of Denmark, Lyngby, Denmark, from 2009 to 2010; and a Vistiting Research Scholar with University of California, Berkeley, USA, from 2015 to 2016.
He is and was the principal investigator of several national and continental projects. His research is and was supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China, Danish Energy Association, Ministry of Education of China, Ministry of Science and Technology of China, the Seventh Framework Programme for Research (FP7) of European Commission, SMC Morningstar Excellent Young Faculty Program of SJTU, and the Future Scientist Program of China Scholarship Council, Ministry of Education of China, etc.
His research interest include real time market operation of a smart grid with large scale renewable energy and electric vehicles penetration, electricity markets and power system economics, etc.
“EV+” Research Group
上海交通大学电气系“EV+”科研团队隶属电气系智能电网优化调度研究大团队，是以周云博士为带头兵、冯冬涵教授为核心，多名本、硕、博学生组成的青年科研团队。“EV+”团队于2013年9月伴随着国家自然科学基金项目“计及电网和用户行为中多重随机性的电动车群有序充放电策略研究”的申请准备而成立。目前，团队成员30余人，包括教授1人，讲师1人，本、硕、博学生28人，毕业离校成员7人。 “EV+”团队面向电动汽车充电引导、充电基础设施规划及运营优化、综合能源系统韧性提升、电力现货市场改革等前沿领域，先后主持国家自然科学基金项目4项，国家重点研发计划子课题1项，省部级人才计划项目2项，重要产学研项目10余项。团队近3年累计发表重要期刊、会议论文42篇，产生了一定的国内、国际影响力。
